Bathrooms and Kitchens
Arguably the most important rooms in any property are the kitchen and
the bathroom, we can recommend suppliers, advise on styles available, what
the cost implications are and we will carry out the works with minimal disruption.
Design
With our extensive experience we can give practical advise on the design
or layout of either room. We can supply Kitchens from manufacturers such
as Howdens Joinery and Magnets as well as having
access to their excellent design facilities. We do however recommend
that the final design is approved by the product supplier or retailer unless
supplied by ourselves. Most retailers offer a free design service and
can produce scale plans, thus ensuring that all the items ordered "fit" your
given space.
Services
We are experienced with all aspects of refurbishing Bathrooms & Kitchens
and listed below are some of the tradesmen that are normally required during
refurbishment.
- Plasterer - repairs to walls/ceiling.
- Carpenter - fit doors, units, work tops etc.
- Electrician - additional sockets, lighting, cooker(s) etc.
- Gas Fitter - ALL work by must be carried out by a Corgi registered Gas Fitter by Law.
- Tiler - spash-backs, showers, floors.
- Plumber - alterations to existing, additional items etc.
- Decorator - re-papering, painting etc.
- Bricklayer - if walls are removed or altered.
